【吃素更健康? 醫師傳授您吃素八招】How To Be A Healthy Vegetarian (转载)

常有讀者問我,吃素要怎麼樣才能吃得更健康,而不會面有菜色。醫師在這裡就把吃素的心得跟大家分享吧!

1.依據指南擇素食,食物種類多樣化
Various vegetarian foods

2.全穀至少三分一,豆類搭配主食更佳
Whole grain foods at least 1/3, better with beans

3.烹調用油常變化,堅果種子不可少
A few cooking oils and nuts make you healthier

4.深色蔬菜營養高,菇藻紫菜應俱全
Dark-coloured vegetables are more nutricious

5.水果正餐同食用,建議每餐八分飽
Eating meal with fruits, not too full each meal

6.口味清淡保健康,飲食減少油鹽糖
Less oil, salt and sugar

7.粗食、原味、少精緻,加工食品少選食
Original foods and flavour; less refined artifical foods

8.健康運動30分,適度日曬20分
Exercise 30 mins and moderate sun-bathing 20 mins
daily
